The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jr throws a hook but Riley blocks it.
Riley blocks a jab.
Riley tries for a takedown but Jr circles away easily
and Jr counters with a takedown into side control.
Riley tries to improve position but can't.

Jr passes Riley's left leg - he's now in half guard.

Jr wants to free his trapped foot but Riley is holding on for dear life with his legs.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Riley is working on a guillotine. He's managed to get to full guard and he's really squeezing tight! Jr is tapping! Great win for Riley!
