Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 2 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, James Bean!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 3 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, The Man!
The judges for this bout are Alan Glass, George Francis and Stewart Dunkirk.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bean wants to clinch but Man slips to the side
and Man counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.

Man closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Bean to the mat! Bean manages to get full guard.

Man thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position.
Man passes into half guard.
Man thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Bean's head.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Man missing with some ground and pound from the half guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Man is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.
Bean knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Man on the ground.

Man seems to be looking for submissions.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Man prevents Bean from improving his position.

Man is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Bean defends it well.
Man moves nicely into side control.

Man tries for a kimura. Not really close to a finish though.

Man tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Man has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!

Man is looking for a kimura. He might have it! No, Bean has escaped the position, nice work there.
Man tries to move into full mount but can't pass Bean's legs.
Man is looking to take a break and control but Bean is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.

Man is in a dominant position here, looking for a kimura. Bean looks calm but he's in trouble here. Man gets his leg over his opponent's head and yanks on the arm. Bean is tapping like a morse code operator on the titanic! SOS! SOS! Man lets go of the hold and Bean can pop his arm back in it's socket.
