The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lindermann ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.
Lindermann throws a left and a right that both miss
and Rey counters with a series of strikes. Lindermann will be more careful next time no doubt.
Rey takes an uppercut right on the jaw but it doesn't phase him.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Lindermann falls off balance throwing a combination

and Rey counters with a crisp one two that drops Lindermann! Rey thinks about following him to the mat for a moment but instead steps back and waves Lindermann to his feet! Lindermann is in big trouble!

and Rey counters with a stiff jab, followed by a cross and an uppercut! That's too much punishment for Lindermann to take - he tumbles to the canvas, blood pouring from his nose, barely conscious. That's the end of the fight! Great knockout by Rey!
