Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Bert Beryllium (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ramond Lizard (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Beryllium stands up and waves to Lizard to follow him.
Lizard moves to clinch but Beryllium breaks away

and Beryllium holds on and brings the fighters into a clinch.

Beryllium has managed to pull guard. Let's see whether he can work an aggressive guard. It will also be interesting to see what tactics Lizard uses from the top position.
Beryllium pulls Lizard in close to his closed guard and prevents Lizard from doing any damage or advancing position.

Beryllium throws his legs up looking to secure a triangle. Oh, that looks pretty tight, I gotta say! Lizard escapes and throws Beryllium's legs to the side, diving into side control!
Lizard tries to stand but Beryllium is controlling his head.

Beryllium is moving his hips around well on the bottom and has managed to get back to half guard.
Beryllium regains full guard. Nicely done.
Beryllium wants to control here, rather than go for any submissions from the bottom. At least for now.

Beryllium has his feet on Lizard's thighs here. He's pushed Lizard off and worked for a very quick armbar from the bottom! He's flipped onto his stomach and he's cranking hard on the arm! Lizard screams in pain and taps out! This one is all over!
