And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 4 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Dimmy Hewston!
The judges for this bout are Alan Glass, Chris Downing and Gwen Towbar.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hewston throws a body kick but he was well out of range there.
Masahara has his takedown stuffed

and Hewston counters with a nice double leg into side control. Masahara won't be happy with that.

Hewston feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.

Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Masahara lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Hewston has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Hewston and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.
