Despite being in the dominant position, Hulohot Yokohama just isn't active enough and the referee decides to stand the fighters back up.

Yokohama has gone for a leg lock! Kazama slips out almost immediately though and dives into Yokohama's guard.

Kazama is working for a submission here. He's got hold of the far side arm and he's looking for a kimura. He's cranking on the arm and he's got it! Yokohama is tapping out! Ouch, that looked like it hurt!
