Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Bob Jardine (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jake Sully (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Jardine's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, Calm Like A Bomb- Rage Against the Machine. Sully is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by I See You. Rumors backstage are that the fighters have been paid to keep it standing but we know that would never happen in MMA!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
13 - 7 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Bob Jardine!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
10 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Jake Sully!
The judges for this bout are Steve Erwin, Summer Carpenter and Damien Edna.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jardine throws a two punch combo that lands nicely.
It looks like Jake Sully has been cut.
Sully misses with an uppercut. Jardine saw that one coming.
Sully tries to close the distance and clinch but Jardine swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Sully jabs away that one connects to the head of his opponent.
Sully misses with the combination.
Jardine ducks under a wild hook from Sully.
Jardine shoots for a takedown but Sully saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.
The fight stays on the outside here - Sully looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Sully fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Jake Sully seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Sully throws a hook to the side of Jardine's head but Jardine sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
Sully moves out of range of the strikes.
Jardine takes a body punch but keeps moving.
Jardine shoots in and scores a nice double leg takedown into half guard.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Sully looking for submissions off his back.
Jardine lands a big shot. The thud that echoes around the arena is like music to the fans' ears.
Jardine is nestled in close to Sully, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Jardine works his way into full mount!
Sully is trying to escape the mount.
The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, Jardine cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!
Both fighters really going for it on the ground here!
Sully is desperately trying to get back to half guard.
Jardine has his opponent pinned against the cage, landing some nasty ground and pound that is really making a bit of a mess out of Sully's face.
Sully is wriggling around trying to escape.
Sully bucks up and manages to get a nice reversal! He's in guard on the top - nicely done!
Sully wants to get up but he can't break Jardine's closed guard. He needs to be careful trying to break the legs open, as he's open to submissions here.
Sully trying to control the position from guard on top but Jardine is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Jardine throws some sloppy strikes off his back.
Jardine has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Sully can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.
Jardine has his foot on Sully's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Sully works his way back into a safe position though.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Jardine looking for a sweep. Not yet Jardine, not yet.
Jardine keeping moving, preventing Sully from controlling successfully.
Sully avoids a guillotine attempt easily.
Jardine can't keep his opponent in guard - Sully advances to half guard, no doubt looking to mount.

Sully is sneakily working for an arm triangle but Jardine sees it coming and defends easily.
Sully working Jardine over with strikes.
Sully throwing shots but they're hitting the canvas more than the man.
Sully is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.
Sully scores with a couple of good hammerfists.
Jardine gets back to full guard.
Jardine is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Sully defends well.
Jardine bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Sully's guard.
Jardine postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect.
That's four minutes gone in the round.
Jardine keeps in close for a moment and lands a decent shot to the side of Sully's head.
Sully has his foot on Jardine's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Jardine works his way back into a safe position though.
Sully is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Jardine is controlling him.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Jardine scores with a decent looking elbow strike.
Sully wants to sweep but no luck.
Jardine works over Sully with some ground and pound from guard.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Bob Jardine dominated that round.
The cut man is working on Jake Sully's cut.
That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business.
A jab-cross combination lands for Jardine and sends Sully crashing to the mat! Jardine follows him down to the mat - Sully regains half guard but he's not out of trouble yet!
Ground and pound from Jardine.
Sully is rocked!
Sully tries to get to full guard but Jardine has control of the leg.
Sully has hold of Jardine's hands but Jardine slips his arm to the side and lands an elbow.
Sully is still in real trouble! Can Jardine finish him?
Jardine passes to full mount!
Sully seems to have recovered his senses.
Oooooh, big shot lands for Jardine! Sully is hurt baaadly! Jardine is firing away with more strikes - Sully is covering up... the ref is warning him to do something. He's just covering up though still and the ref has to step in to end the fight! This one is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:39 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Bob Jardine!
