Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between David Backstrom (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Richard Bravo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Backstrom might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Let the bodies hit the floor. Both fighters will be looking to make this an exciting fight for the fans, I'm sure!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bravo swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Backstrom throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Bravo sees it coming and avoids it easily.
Bravo fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Backstrom avoids it really well and circles away.

Bravo pushes Backstrom up against the cage in a clinch.
Backstrom digs a right hand into Bravo's ribs. Those have got to be taking their toll on Bravo's gas tank.
Backstrom tries to land knees in the clinch but Bravo avoids the damage to the body.

Bravo has clasped his hands together around Backstrom's back... aaand, he's got a takedown into side control. Nicely done.
Backstrom tries to bench press Bravo off him but Bravo keeps the position.
Bravo creates a bit of distance and throws down some hard shots.
Backstrom stops Bravo from passing to mount.

Backstrom knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Bravo on the ground.

He's trying desperately to grab hold of Bravo around the waist but Bravo pushes him off and unloads with more strikes, forcing the referee to jump in and save him! Bravo is the winner by TKO!
