Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Dirt McGirk (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Dejan Pesovic (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think McGirk might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to This Is Who I Am . Both these guys have solid standup skills and neither is particularly fantastic on the ground, so let's hope for a nice standup war!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
McGirk throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
McGirk throws an off balance right hand
and McGirk takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
McGirk misses with a looping right.
McGirk throws the left hand but Pesovic avoids the punch easily.
McGirk swings for the body but Pesovic moves out of range.
McGirk misses with a body punch
and Pesovic connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
McGirk uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Pesovic.
McGirk tries to close the distance and clinch but Pesovic swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
McGirk swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Pesovic thows a left - swing and a miss!
A lazy left from McGirk finds it's target.
Pesovic avoids a lazy jab quite easily.
McGirk misses with a body shot
and Pesovic counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
McGirk slips a jab from Pesovic.
Pesovic throws a hook to the side of McGirk's head but McGirk sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
McGirk throws a right hand that misses
and Pesovic counters with a stiff right hand.

and Pesovic counters with a crisp right hand that drops McGirk! Pesovic lets McGirk back up to his feet, looking for a finish!

McGirk is rocked!
McGirk tries to clinch but Pesovic is having none of it.
Oh McGirk is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Pesovic closes the distance and lands a vicious right hand that drops McGirk! Pesovic dives in looking to finish! McGirk is still trying to defend himself but he's taking too many shots and the referee has no choice but to stop the fight!
