The judges for this bout are Stewart Dunkirk, Gwen Towbar and Tiny Johnson.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jodan looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
McQuade slips a jab and a cross from Jodan.
McQuade scores with a big left there. The judges will like that one.

Jodan has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.

McQuade tries to improve position but can't.

A lull in the action here as Jodan stalls from top position.
Jodan advances to mount.
McQuade can't escape the position.
McQuade tries to hold on but Jodan postures up.
BOOM! Jodan connects with a massive shot to the dome!
It looks like Jj McQuade has been cut.

McQuade is in a horrible position here. Jodan smacks him with another shot as he tries to escape the position.

Jodan lands an elbow that was bordering on illegal but the referee lets it go with a warning.

The referee calls the doctor in to look at Jj McQuade's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!
