The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Snowe moves out of range of the strikes.
Mike Snowe seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
McTrigger throws a low kick but Snowe avoids it.
Snowe throws a head kick that connects with a bit of head and a bit of hand.

McTrigger fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Snowe.

McTrigger throws a head kick but Snowe moves out of range.

Snowe can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as McTrigger controls the pace.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
McTrigger advances to half guard.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Snowe has hold of McTrigger's hands but McTrigger slips his arm to the side and lands an elbow.
Snowe tries to get to full guard but McTrigger has control of the leg.

McTrigger postures up and throws a couple of big shots that have Snowe in real trouble here! The ref calls for Snowe to improve his position which he doesn't do, so the referee has no choice but to end the fight due to the strikes!
