Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Jaime Bolitho (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jack Thomas (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

11 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Jack Thomas!
The judges for this bout are Elvis Blanc, Steve Smith and Gregory Folan.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Thomas tries a head kick but it misses.
Bolitho displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Thomas.
Bolitho swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and Thomas counters with a big head kick but Bolitho shrugs it off.
Thomas keeps the fight on the outside.
Thomas jabs away that one connects to the head of his opponent.
Bolitho swings for the body but Thomas moves out of range.
Bolitho rushes in with a sloppy looking punch
and Thomas counters with a slapping leg kick.
A left lands for Thomas.
Thomas throws a sloppy head kick and Bolitho moves out of range easily.
Thomas drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard.
Thomas works a leg free and moves into half guard.
Thomas looking to pass the half guard. Not this time.
Bolitho on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Bolitho tries to get out of the position.
Thomas is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Bolitho is just riding it out for now. Thomas eventually gives up the hold.
Thomas is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Thomas missing with some ground and pound from the half guard.
Thomas trying to control from half guard but Bolitho is working away.
Thomas is just content to waste time from the top position. Bolitho takes advantage of the situation and regains full guard.
Thomas forces his way into half guard.
Thomas is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Bolitho is just riding it out for now. Thomas eventually gives up the hold.
Bolitho is looking to improve his position.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.

The fighters are battling for position here. Bolitho manages to regain full guard. Nice work.
Thomas trying to control the position from guard on top but Bolitho is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
Bolitho utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound.
Thomas stands and throws Bolitho's legs to the side, diving into side control.
Thomas in side control, working for a kimura. He's got hold of an arm and he's torquing it... Bolitho is tapping! That's the end of the fight!
