The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Graffeo has taken the fight to the clinch.
Floyd lands a right hand.
Graffeo is working for takedown but Floyd is calmly controlling the position for now.

Floyd seems to be looking for submissions.

Graffeo has one foot on Floyd's thigh - he pushes off and manages to get back to his feet.

Horrible takedown by Floyd or perhaps it was just good defense by Graffeo which made him look bad.

That was a close round but I would say that Anthony Graffeo will probably get the nod.

Graffeo has momentary wrist control but Floyd slips an elbow through the middle.
Graffeo can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Floyd controls the pace.

Scott Floyd has forced the referee to step in and restart the fight on the feet.
Floyd tries to bum rush Graffeo with a series of wild strikes but Graffeo uses good footwork to avoid the assault.

and Graffeo counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground.

Floyd is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.
Graffeo pushes Floyd off looking to stand but Floyd dives back in and keeps control.

Graffeo has left one of his arms exposed and Floyd doesn't need a second invitation. He's isolated it and locked on a tight armbar. Graffeo screams and taps out, obviously in a lot of pain. Hopefully there isn't permanent damage to that arm.
