The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Peach ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent.
Peach with a lazy takedown attempt
and Rex counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
Peach looks to score with a jab to the body but Rex is just out of range.
Peach misses with a combination
and Rex counters with a nice uppercut.
Peach lands a nice hook to Rex's body. Rex takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes.
Peach swings and misses with a shot to the body
and Rex counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
Peach misses with a body punch
letting Rex counter with a right hand.
Rex keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Rex is on the wrong end of a nice combination from Peach.

It looks like Spandex Rex has been cut.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

and Rex counters with a straight right hand.

It looks like Danny Peach has been cut.
Peach swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and Rex connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Peach throws an ugly left hook that misses
and Rex counters with a nice uppercut.

Peach is rocked!
Peach lets the fists fly and connects with a left straight followed by a right hook.

Rex throws a right and a left that Peach avoids nicely.
Peach misses with a lunging right hand
and Rex counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.

and Rex counters with a stiff right hand.
Oh Peach is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Rex jabs Peach to the body, keeping him at a distance.
Peach seems to have got his legs back now.
Peach throws a combination that misses
and Peach takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
Danny Peach seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Rex scores with a punch to the head.
Peach throws an off balance right hand
and Rex counters with a deadly accurate combination that rocks Peach badly! He tries to strike back but Rex puts an end to that with another precision combo that knocks Peach out cold! Oh man, Peach will never hear the end of this one!
