Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Shooter McGavin (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Renato Gracie (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters really staring eachother down here, as Renato Gracie enters the cage!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Gracie shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Oh and he's advanced to full mount straight away.
Gracie wants to control the pace but McGavin is squirming around nicely.
McGavin is trying to escape the mount.

Gracie goes for an armbar but McGavin turns quickly into his guard - lovely anticipation from McGavin.

Gracie is looking for a triangle but McGavin pushes his legs off easily.

Gracie had isolated an arm as going for an omaplata. McGavin is defending the submission well but is in a very vulnerable position. Gracie Is leaning forward trying to finish the omaplata but decides to abandon it, and take McGavin's back instead.
McGavin knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Gracie on the ground.
Gracie wants to control but McGavin is keeping busy.
Gracie is trying to stick to McGavin's back but McGavin is turning into Gracie. He's managed to reverse the position - now he's in Gracie's guard. Polite applause from the crowd in appreciation of some nice Jiu Jitsu by McGavin.
McGavin has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player.
McGavin pushes down on Gracie's leg and manages to get into half guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Gracie wants to get back to full guard.
Gracie slips a foot under and gets full guard. Nice work.

Gracie looking to try and escape his hips here, looking for a submission. It looks like he's going for a triangle but McGavin is defending well. Gracie quickly switches to an armbar and extends the arm! McGavin has no choice but to tap, to a very quick submission! Wow, that was lightning fast! Gracie celebrates on the cage, with the crowd.
