The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Pulemetov misses with a double jab.
Pulemetov darts in and out, connecting with a jab.
Mwesigwa tries for a takedown but Pulemetov sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.
Ooooh, nice body kick lands from Pulemetov. Mwesigwa shrugs it off though.
Mwesigwa is breathing heavily.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Pulemetov turns his hip over beautifully as he lands a nice leg kick.
Mwesigwa takes a head kick and keeps coming.
Pulemetov looks for a left high kick but can't connect. Pulemetov backs up to catch a breather... no he lunges forward with a huge flying knee that smacks Mwesigwa's temple! It sends Mwesigwa violently to the canvas! The crowd goes nuts as Pulemetov celebrates and the doctors try to help Mwesigwa!
