The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Corleone shoots in but doesn't get the takedown
and Qaddam counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.

Qaddam instigates a clinch.
Corleone is working for a takedown up against the cage. He can't get it on this occasion though.
Qaddam lands a knee to the head.
Corleone tries for a takedown. No joy.
Aacharappan Qaddam has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Don Corleone.
Corleone tries to score a body lock takedown but Qaddam shows good agility there to stay on his feet.

Qaddam breaks the clinch.

and Qaddam counters with a huge left! Corleone is in big trouble! He's backing up but Qaddam isn't giving him chance to recover. Under a barage of punches the ref has to step in to save Corleone from any more damage. A dominating finish by Qaddam!
