Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Peter Parker (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ritchie Li (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Parker comes to the cage accompanied by Dead N Gone. Peter Parker could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to Ritchie Li's chin.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 15 - 8 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Peter Parker!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 6 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Ritchie Li!
The judges for this bout are Seu Braga, Matheus Silva and Alexandre Firmino.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Li staying out of range there.
Li throws a head kick that misses.
A bone on bone clash there as Li blocks the leg kick.
Li moves out of range of the strikes.
Parker will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Parker looks to land a combination but Li avoids it well.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

and Li counters with a head kick that drops Parker!


Parker is rocked!
Li sitting in guard here, content to control.
Oh Parker is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!

Parker is trying to control the position but Li postures up.
Parker seems to have got his legs back now.
Li has decided he wants to stand but the closed guard of Parker is proving hard to escape from.
Parker is controlling Li's posture.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up, due to lack of activity on the part of Peter Parker.

Li throws a decent looking leg kick but it doesn't land clean.

Li misses with a head kick.
Li is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.

My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer.
Parker throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Parker scores with a jab to the jaw.
Parker thows a leg kick but Li checks it
and Li counters with a low kick, right behind Parker 's knee.
Parker throws a sloppy body shot

and Li counters with a head kick that drops Parker - he's looking to finish, following his stunned foe to the ground!
Li is just sitting in half guard, waiting for something to happen.
Parker wants to get back to full guard.
Parker controlling the leg, holding on to half guard.
Li wants to free his trapped foot but Parker is holding on for dear life with his legs.

Li tries to stand and escape but Parker is controlling the position.
Li perhaps working for something from half guard, or maybe not. It looks like he's just sitting there.

It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fighter is doing enough on the ground.
Li tries to clinch but fails miserably
and Parker counters with a head kick. That will keep Li thinking before he tries any more sloppy attacks!
Li on the receiving end of a decent leg kick there by Parker. Parker obviously looking to wear him down.

A head kick misses from Li.
Li misses with a kick to the body.
Parker tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Li was well out of range. Poor timing from Parker.
Parker comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range.
Parker thumps Li with a low kick.
Li on the wrong end of an overhand right that came out of nowhere.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Parker misses the shot to the body.
Thud! ouch! good body kick from Parker - that will leave a mark!
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Ritchie Li dominated that round.
That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business.


Parker fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Li looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.
Parker ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Li moves away.
Li throws a head kick that misses.
A low kick from Parker misses

and Li counters with a flying knee that drops Parker!
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Li slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up.
Li is looking to stand up but Parker won't let him.
Li controls the pace of the fight for a moment.
Li stopping the sweep attempt from Parker.
Parker is controlling Li's posture.

The ref stands the fighters back up. Ritchie Li was stalling too much, according to the referee.
Li tries to clinch up but Parker circles away and keeps his distance.
Parker misses with a wild body shot.
Parker shapes like he's going to throw a leg kick but settles back down.
Parker thows a body shot but no joy.
Parker lands a leg kick and bounces back out of range.
Parker connects with a leg kick. He turned his hip over nicely there.

Parker throws a leg kick
and Li counters with a good, hard body kick but Parker shrugs it off.
Li throws a sloppy head kick
and Parker counters with a straight right hand.
Parker misses with an uppercut.
Parker swings away with a body shot that misses
and Li counters with a leg kick that reverborates around the arena.
Parker fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Li looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.
Parker throws a head kick but Li moves out of range.
Li misses with a head kick.

Parker tries to score with a low kick but Li moves his leg out of the way.
The fighters circling - Parker throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
Li throws a head kick that half lands.
Parker misses the body punch
and Li counters with a nice low kick that buckles Parker's knee momentarily.
Li on the wrong end of a nice jab.
Parker misses with a series of wild punches.
Li lands with a kick to the temple. Parker shrugs as if to say "is that all you've got?"

That's four minutes gone in the round.
Parker fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Parker is looking to score with low kicks.
Li throws a sloppy head kick and Parker moves out of range easily.
Parker avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Ritchie Li seems to be getting the better of the standup.
Li darts in trying to clinch
and Parker counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Ritchie Li showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action! And we move into the final round!


Li moves out of range of the leg kick from Parker.
Parker throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
A clash of legs there as Parker blocks the low kick.
Parker throws a good cross that connects.
Parker throws a nice looking combination but Li bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Parker connects with a body shot that sends Li's belly button to the back.
Peter Parker seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Li fails with an attempt to clinch.
Parker misses with a double jab.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Li keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Parker.
Li tries to check the leg kick but that clearly hurt him.
Parker closes the distance and lands a one-two.
Li uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Parker.
A combination from Parker does no damage.
Li tries to close the distance and clinch up but Parker swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Parker getting the better of the striking in that exchange.
Parker is looking to wear down Li with body shots, infact he's throwing more body shots than head shots at the moment.
Parker throws a front kick aimed at Li's knee but Li avoids it well.

Li avoids a low kick by using good footwork.
A looping hook to the body misses from Parker. Li does a little dance to reset his feet.
Good leg kick by Parker there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.
Parker pushes forward with a 1-2 combination that forces Li back to the cage. Parker follows up with a solid lead hook to the liver.
Li tries to close the distance and clinch but Parker swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Parker throws a leg kick that is checked
and Li counters with a head kick.
Peter Parker is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Some wild striking there from Parker.
Parker misses with a right hand
and Li counters with a huge head kick that drops Parker! The ref dives in to stop the fight and the crowd goes wild!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:02 of round 3, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Ritchie Li!
