The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gaspar misses with a right hand
and Masato counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
Masato tries to clinch but Gaspar moves away
and Gaspar counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
Masato throws a push kick but Gaspar slaps the foot to one side.
Gaspar swings for the body but Masato moves out of range.
Gaspar circles away from the clinch attempt
and Gaspar counters with a stiff right hand.
Masato tries to grapple but his opponent circles
and Gaspar counters with a series of strikes. Masato will be more careful next time no doubt.

Gaspar moves out of range of the body kick.
Masato wants to clinch but Gaspar slips to the side
and Gaspar counters with a left and a right that stings Masato.

Masato is rocked!
Masato closes the distance but Gaspar moves to the side
and Gaspar counters with a lovely shot to the body.
Masato is still on wobbly legs! Can Gaspar finish him?
Masato looks gassed!
Gaspar connects with a left and a right that sees a clearly hurt Masato covering up! Gaspar comes in with a big uppercut and Masato goes doooown! He's slumped up against the cage, eyes staring blankly into space.
