Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Living Proof (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Boris Spetznaz (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Boris Spetznaz has the power to score a knockout today if he connects clean with Living Proof's chin.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A punch combination from Proof misses.

Spetznaz shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Proof manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage.
Proof wants to stand up but Spetznaz is controlling him.
Spetznaz wants to pass the guard but Proof is keeping the position.
Spetznaz won't allow Proof to get back to his feet.
Spetznaz trying to control the position from guard on top but Proof is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.

Proof uses the cage to get back to his feet.
Spetznaz changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Proof tries to avoid it but Spetznaz manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Proof to the ground. Proof escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Spetznaz blocks a head kick by Proof.

Spetznaz closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth.
Proof takes a couple of big shots there - the referee warns him that he has to defend himself better.
Proof pushes Spetznaz away and creates a bit of space to escape. He's almost out here... but no, Spetznaz gets a good hold of his legs and remains firmly in side control.
Proof tries to wriggle free to get back to his feet but he's given up his back! Oops.

Proof manages to escape to his feet.
Spetznaz moves out of range as Proof throws a body kick.
Proof misses with a series of wild punches.

and Proof counters with a big head kick but Spetznaz shrugs it off.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.

Proof slaps away a takedown attempt from Spetznaz, before circling back to the center of the mat.
Spetznaz closes the distance looking to clinch
and Proof counters with a left to the body.

Proof ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent.
Proof is using his reach advantage well here, landing the more effective single shots from range.
