Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between RJ Tenn (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Spike Silva (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Tenn comes into the arena with Bulls On Parade blaring out of the sound system. RJ Tenn has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Silva misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Silva will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.

Tenn looks for the body kick but Silva saw that one coming.
Tenn blocks a head kick by Silva.

Tenn gets the takedown into side control.
Silva is trying to improve his position.

Tenn is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Silva is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now.
Silva is looking to regain half guard here but Tenn keeps moving and retains side control.
Both fighters really going for it on the ground here!

Tenn tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Tenn has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!

Tenn wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Silva, who protects the arm well.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.

The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now.
Silva is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Tenn's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Tenn's back!

Tenn has gone for a leg lock! Silva slips out almost immediately though and dives into Tenn's guard.

Tenn is actively looking for submissions from his back. He's worked himself a little space on the bottom and seems to be going for a triangle. No, he's switched into an armbar! That was slick! Silva rolls with it to try and escape but Tenn cranks on the arm and Silva is forced to tap out! This one is aaaaaaaaall over!
