Hughes comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Iron Man kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Ernesto Bonjasky could well score a knockout today. The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bonjasky throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.

Bonjasky parries the strikes from Hughes easily there. Hughes is wary of posturing up too much because it might enable Bonjasky to escape.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Hughes creates a bit of distance and throws down some hard shots.

Hughes is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Bonjasky is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now.

Hughes closes this distance looking for a takedown but Bonjasky circles away.
Hughes closes the distance and clinches up with Bonjasky, looking for a takedown. Hughes pushes Bonjasky against the cage but Bonjasky circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
