Tatum is looking for a takedown here. He's shot in and has managed to get it, finishing up in Chapmen's half guard.

Tatum tries to control but Chapmen wriggling away.
Tatum swings around for an armbar but it's a sloppy attempt and Chapmen is now in Tatum's guard. A big mistake from Tatum there, giving up the dominant position!

Tatum got a little sloppy there for a moment and Chapmen has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Tatum has managed to get both his arms back between Chapmen's legs - danger averted.
Chapmen is breathing heavily.
Chapmen working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Tatum doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Tatum manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.
Tatum passes Chapmen's right leg, so he's now in half guard.

Chapmen is squirming around, avoiding Tatum's attempts to control the action.
