The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Olsen shoots and misses
letting Tucker counter with a right hand.
Tucker has a takedown stuffed.
Olsen keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Tucker shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Olsen but Olsen pushes him off and we're back to square one.
Olsen throws a lazy uppercut

and Tucker counters by moving into the clinch. Good anticipation by Tucker.
Olsen wants to get back to striking at distance but Tucker won't allow it.
Olsen changes levels and goes for a takedown here. Tucker fights it off and pushes away nicely.

Tucker shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Let's see what he's got on the mat.
Olsen looking to control the pace of the fight rather than finish it.

Olsen pushes Tucker off and scrambles back to his feet.

and Tucker counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Shep Olsen. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Tucker stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Olsen swivels though and keeps the full guard.
Olsen is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far.
Tucker wants to control from the top but Olsen keeps moving.

Tucker wants to stand and escape but instead Olsen has hit a sweep and he's now on top in guard.
Tucker is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.

Olsen wants to stand but Tucker is controlling his posture from full guard.
Olsen is pushing down on Tucker's leg trying to pass to half guard. Tucker is fighting to maintain full guard but Olsen has managed to sneak the leg through.
Olsen is thwarting Tucker's attempts to control the position.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.

Olsen postures up and decides to stand up, from the half guard. The ref calls for Tucker to stand up.

Michael Tucker comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
Well Tucker has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
