Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Mr Al (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Richie Yang (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Al's entrance music is Overkill. A fine choice. The key to victory for Mr Al has got to be keeping the fight on the feet.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 6 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Mr Al!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 8 - 7 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Richie Yang!
The judges for this bout are Winston Howard, Eliza Hachem and Bruno Hogan.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Yang gets his head snapped back by a nice shot there.

It looks like Richie Yang has been cut.
Yang showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Al.
Like a baseball bat into the meat of his leg there - nice leg kick by Al.
Yang has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from Yang there as he acknowledges the shot.
Yang ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Al moves away.

Al drops Yang with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Yang looks back up at him and smiles so Al waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.

Yang is rocked!
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Yang drops his hands momentarily and Al needs no second invitation. He sets himself and throws a perfect high kick, that clips Yang just on the top of the head. Yang drops like a sack of potatoes to the canvas, out cold! Oooooooh yeah! Stick a fork in Yang - he's done!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:28 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Head Kick). Mr Al!
