Bloodedge kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Rebellion. Jason Dale has the power to score a knockout today if he connects clean with Ragna Bloodedge's chin.

The judges for this bout are Seu Braga, Felipe Paraventi and Daniel Cesar.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Good leg kick by Bloodedge there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.
Bloodedge clinches up against the cage.
Bloodedge with the Thai clinch. He's looking to land a big knee but he's not managed it this time.
Bloodedge breaks from the clinch.
Bloodedge misses with a kick to the body.

It looks like Jason Dale has been cut.

Dale fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Bloodedge avoids it really well and circles away.

Ragna Bloodedge has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Jason Dale.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.
Well, he's not going to score with shots like that. A lazy body kick attempt from Bloodedge.

and Bloodedge finishes the little exchange by landing a big kick to the body.

and Bloodedge counters with a nice kick to the body.
Dale is trying desperately to land a takedown but Bloodedge is having absolutely none of it. This is turning into a bit of a nightmare for Dale.

Bloodedge scores with a head kick. Dale tried to block it but didn't get his arm up in time.
A slapping leg kick lands for Bloodedge.
Bloodedge throws a head kick that half lands.
Dale takes a nice looking leg kick right on the meat of his thigh there.

Bloodedge stalks Dale and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Dale's face. Dale staggers backwards, shaken.
Bloodedge lands a high kick!
Dale takes a kick to the side of the head.
Dale is rocked!
Bloodedge throws a right and a left that Dale avoids nicely.
Nice takedown defense from Bloodedge. No joy for Dale on that attempt.
Bloodedge fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Dale, pushing him back against the cage.
Bloodedge escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Bloodedge lands a nice leg kick that just misses Dale's sensitive parts.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Both fighters are looking to counter, which isn't making for the most exciting fight in the world.
Bloodedge fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Dale shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Bloodedge defends it nicely.

and Bloodedge makes him pay by landing a thudding low kick.

Ragna Bloodedge is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

The cut man is working on Jason Dale's cut.
The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.

Bloodedge is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Dale can do to turn this around?
Bloodedge is looking to clinch but Dale is avoiding it.

Ragna Bloodedge is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.
Dale misses with a leg kick
and he gets countered with a snapping leg kick.
Bloodedge throws a head kick that half lands.
Bloodedge fakes low and throws an overhand right that catches Dale on the side of the head.
Bloodedge connects with a leg kick. He turned his hip over nicely there.
Bloodedge doesn't manage to clinch there - Dale circles away.
A jab from Dale misses.
Bloodedge pushes Dale up against the cage in a clinch.

Bloodedge breaks the clinch.
Bloodedge thuds his shin into the meat of Dale's side.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Dale keeps the fight on the outside.
Bloodedge doesn't manage to clinch there - Dale circles away.
Bloodedge connects with a lovely right hand, straight down the pipe.

and Bloodedge counters with a flying knee. Nice.
Bloodedge throws a head kick that looked like it stung.
Dale misses with a combination
and Bloodedge counters with a head kick that wobbles Dale - left then right he sways and one more bomb from Bloodedge sends him down. This one is all over!
