Dede comes into the arena with Supercharger - Cars & Girls (D-Nox & Beckers RMX) blaring out of the sound system. David Dede has a significant reach advantage - let's see if he can make it count.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Dede with a poor takedown
enabling Alban to counter with a crisp jab.
Dede takes one on the chin but seems OK.
David Dede seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Dede shapes like he's going to throw a leg kick but settles back down.

and Alban connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.

Dede closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Alban to the mat! Alban manages to get full guard.
Dede wants to pass the guard but Alban is keeping the position.
Alban is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.
