Rofen doesn't succeed with the takedown
and Silva counters with a straight right hand.
Rofen misses with a takedown attempt
and Silva cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
Rofen with a poor takedown
and Silva counters with a straight right hand.
Tiago Silva has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Zak Rofen.
Rofen fails with the takedown
and Silva connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.

Silva shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in full mount! That's better than Silva was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure!

Silva wants to control the pace but Rofen is squirming around nicely.
Rofen tries to control Silva's body but Silva pushes him off. Rofen squirms to his side and now Silva has his back!

Silva is working for the choke. I would put my money on him to finish from this position. He's rolled onto his back and has dragged Rofen with him. Rofen is trying to defend but Silva has an arm under the chin now! Rofen grimaces and is forced to tap out!
