The judges for this bout are Donald Grub, James Glass and Chris Edwards.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Suarez is trying hard to land a takedown here. Becks sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet.
Becks tries to clinch but fails miserably
and Suarez counters with a head kick.
Becks really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
Becks closes the distance looking to clinch
and Suarez decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Becks's guard.

Suarez distracts Becks with his right hand and drops a big elbow with his other arm.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Becks on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Becks tries to get out of the position.
Suarez stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Becks swivels though and keeps the full guard.
Suarez has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.
Becks has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Suarez can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.
Suarez controlling from the guard. I say controlling but really, he's stalling.

Becks knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Suarez on the ground.
Suarez gets to his feet. Becks looking to butt scoot but the ref puts an end to that. On your feet son!

and Suarez counters with a shoot takedown into half guard.
Suarez looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.
Suarez is looking for a kimura but Becks is holding onto that half guard position, so it's hard for Suarez to get the leverage.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Suarez is working hard to pass the guard. He's done it - he's now in full mount! Trouble for Becks!
Suarez tries to control but Becks wriggling away.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Suarez throws some shoulder strikes here and then postures up. Oh, he's gone for an armbar! Becks has his hands clasped together but Suarez breaks the hold and Becks is forced to tap! This one is aaaaaaaaaaall over! That was lightning fast by Suarez!
