Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Ron Kane (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and John Karl (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Karl comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Dawn of Demise - Juggernaut kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kane's corner calls for a 1-2. Kane obliges with the 1 part as he scores the single shot and moves back out of range.

and Karl counters with a nice jab to the body that keeps Kane thinking.

Karl feints and then cracks Kane's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Kane down.

Karl feints and then winds up with a huge right hand that connects perfectly and sends Kane sprawling to the canvas! Kane rolls over backwards and springs off the cage and manages to regain his footing - how acrobatic! Oh, he's still wobbly - can Karl finish him?!
Karl stuns Kane with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range.
Karl throws a half hearted mid kick.

Karl works Kane's body with a nice hook.
Kane takes a step back and watches a body kick go sailing past his mid section.

Karl drops Kane with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Kane looks back up at him and smiles so Karl waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.

Kane is rocked!

Jeez, Ron Kane's cut is really nasty now. The referee must be thinking about getting that checked.

The referee calls the doctor in to look at Ron Kane's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!
