The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Pascal fails with the takedown.
Listerene defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Pascal.
Listerene fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Listerene throws a series of punches but Pascal avoids them all with ease.
Listerene misses with the combination.
Pascal closes the distance looking to clinch
and Listerene counters with a nice low kick that buckles Pascal's knee momentarily.
Listerene lands a jab. Then a cross. Then finally a nice hook to the body. Good work there by Listerene.
Listerene lands with a two punch combination before moving back out of range.

Listerene will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Pascal doesn't succeed with the takedown
and he gets countered with a snapping leg kick.
Listerene connects with a looping left hand that seems like it dazed Pascal momentarily.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Pascal has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Listerene finds it's way round the side to connect with Pascal's head.
No joy there for Listerene, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Listerene tries to bum rush Pascal with a series of wild strikes but Pascal uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Pascal is trying desperately to land a takedown but Listerene is having absolutely none of it. This is turning into a bit of a nightmare for Pascal.
Pascal dodges the punch combination from Listerene.
Listerene throws a combination. Pascal tries to block but a couple of punches get through.
Listerene throws a left jab followed by a right to the body, Oh Pascal colapses and takes a barrage of punches from Listerene as he moves to mount! the ref stops the fight and Pascal is left battered and dazed whilst Listerene and his camp cheer!
