The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A head kick misses from Castellaneta.
Horrible takedown by Castellaneta or perhaps it was just good defense by Evans which made him look bad.
Evans swings away with a body shot that misses
and Castellaneta counters with a shoot takedown into half guard.
Evans pushes Castellaneta off looking to stand but Castellaneta dives back in and keeps control.
Castellaneta is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Evans doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Castellaneta.
Castellaneta works his way into side control.
Castellaneta is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Evans is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now.
Castellaneta looking for an arm triangle but it's way too loose to do anything.
Castellaneta tries to cartwheel into mount but he doesn't manage it.

The referee tells the fighters to keep busy.
Castellaneta is trying to get an arm triangle but Evans is defending well.
Evans is looking to work his way out of this bad position but Castellaneta is controlling him well.
Evans can't do much from the bottom here.
Castellaneta in side control, working for a kimura. He's got hold of an arm and he's torquing it... Evans is tapping! That's the end of the fight!
