Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Roidger Palmeiro (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Hanz Brickz (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Palmeiro's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, Bully. Brickz has chosen Death in Fire as his entrance music. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Palmeiro connects with a lovely right hand, straight down the pipe.
Brickz will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.
Palmeiro bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Brickz's guard.
Brickz is looking to stand up but Palmeiro isn't so interested in that idea.
Palmeiro stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Brickz swivels though and keeps the full guard.

Palmeiro is holding a leg here, probably looking for an ankle lock - he drops back and goes for it! Brickz is in trouble! Is it all over??? No! Brickz has escaped and now he's on top!

Brickz rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Palmeiro moves out of range and avoids them all easily.

Palmeiro feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.

We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Brickz can do anything to dispel that myth.
