Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Rick James (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Yuwill Submitt (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I don't know about you partner, but I'm pumped for this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
10 - 11 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Rick James!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
8 - 7 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Yuwill Submitt!
The judges for this bout are Daniel Blasius, Saam Ante and Wagner Zegers.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
James is moving around nicely and scores here with a single head shot.
Submitt tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but James was well out of range. Poor timing from Submitt.
Submitt fails with a takedown attempt from distance.
Submitt looks to clinch
and Submitt takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
Submitt on the wrong end of an overhand right that came out of nowhere.
James uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Submitt.
James lands an overhand left. A wild punch that just about connected.
Submitt misses with a takedown
and James counters with a one-two to the body.
James lands with a two punch combination before moving back out of range.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Submitt falls off balance throwing a combination
and James counters with a head kick. That will keep Submitt thinking before he tries any more sloppy attacks!
Rick James is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.

James throws a head kick that looked like it stung.
James cracks a nice hook into Submitt's ribs.
James scores with a one two! Submitt had his feet all tangled up there and couldn't avoid the strikes.
James misses with a wild body shot.
Submitt tries to clinch up against the ropes, rushing in the close the distance. James manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
James fakes a head shot and lands one to the body.
Submitt looks gassed!
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Submitt shoots and misses
and James counters with a crisp one two that drops Submitt! James thinks about following him to the mat for a moment but instead steps back and waves Submitt to his feet! Submitt is in big trouble!
Rick James has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Yuwill Submitt.
James goes for a spinning back kick but it misses.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Submitt showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from James.
Submitt falls off balance throwing a combination
and James counters with a good low kick that Submitt was not able to check.
Submitt is trying desperately to land a takedown but James is having absolutely none of it. This is turning into a bit of a nightmare for Submitt.
James shapes like he's going to throw a leg kick but settles back down.
Nice body punch from James.
James throws a body kick but he wasn't in range.
James misses with a two punch combination.
Submitt misses the body punch
and James counters by moving into the clinch. Good anticipation by James.
That's three minutes gone in the round.
James's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Submitt misses with a takedown attempt
and James counters with a two punch combo.
James lands a left and a right that send Submitt crashing to the mat, dazed. James thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!
Submitt is rocked!
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
The fighters circle, before James throws a beautiful high kick that crashes into Submitt's neck, sending him stumbling to the floor! James lands more strikes and forces a referee stoppage! That one ended in an instant!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:23 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Kick & Punches). Rick James!
