Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Bob Sagat (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Cinco Mayo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both these guys have solid standup skills and neither is particularly fantastic on the ground, so let's hope for a nice standup war!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
4 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Bob Sagat!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Cinco Mayo!
The judges for this bout are Daniel Blasius, Radbod Blank and Paulsen Ambrosius.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sagat tries to clinch there but Mayo circles away.
Sagat lands a big head kick that sends Mayo tumbling to the mat! Sagat takes a step backwards and waves Mayo back to his feet - he wants the finish!
It looks like Cinco Mayo has been cut.
Sagat closes the distance but Mayo moves to the side
and Mayo counters with a straight right hand.
It looks like Bob Sagat has been cut.
Mayo throws a right and a left that Sagat avoids nicely.
A nice inside leg kick there by Mayo. That's going to slow Sagat down.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Mayo buckles his opponent's knee momentarily with a nice leg kick.
Mayo takes a push kick to the midsection and stumbles backwards.
Mayo keeps his opponent at a distance with a nice jab.
Mayo throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Mayo scores with a slapping inside leg kick.
Mayo misses with a head kick.
Mayo moves into range and throws a combination. A nice jab followed by a hook to the body.
Mayo lands a head kick. Sagat smiles back at him and beckons him forward.
Sagat is rocked!
Mayo wobbles Sagat with a right hand and the left hook that follows puts him on his rear! Mayo dives in with a huge flying punch that connects right on the button and puts Sagat to sleep! - What a violent and spectacular finish!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:44 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punches). Cinco Mayo!
