The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Silva tries to clinch up
and Battlestation cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.

It looks like Anderson Silva has been cut.
Battlestation throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd.
Silva throws a push kick but Battlestation slaps the foot to one side.
Battlestation scores with a shot to the body.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Silva misses with a hook
and Battlestation counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt.
Silva looks gassed!
Battlestation lands a body shot.
Silva takes a shot to the eye socket. That's gotta hurt.
Battlestation goes for a small jab and connects. Now Battlestation goes in closer pressing the issue. Left hook, right straight! Silva stumbles back but Battlestation runs in with a huge uppercut knocking Silva to the ground! What a finish! You have to wonder if Silva will ever be the same after a knockout like that.
