The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Swift tries to check the leg kick but that clearly hurt him.
Hawkins connects with a looping right hand.
Hawkins lands a kick to the ribs of his opponent. Nice work there - in and out in a flash.
Hawkins lands an overhand left. A wild punch that just about connected.
Swift lands with a hook. Hawkins tried to avoid it but it clipped the top of his head.

It looks like Charon Hawkins has been cut.
Swift throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and Hawkins counters with a good, hard body kick but Swift shrugs it off.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Hawkins plants his feet and lands a nice head kick!
Hawkins is pawing at Swift, trying to feel the distance before throwing out a cross that crashes into Swift's nose. Swift is badly hurt! Hawkins pounces, throwing wild strikes as both fighters end up on the ground! Swift tries desperately to hold on but Hawkins is relentless in his assault! As Swift receives an ever increasing number of unanswered strikes the referee pulls Hawkins away and this one is in the books!
