Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Benjamin Rich!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Kian Forever!
The judges for this bout are Arvi Lind, Marco Blurström and Anni Minnemäki.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Rich swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
Rich swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Rich throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
A punch lands to the side of Forever 's head but he takes it in his stride.
It looks like Kian Forever has been cut.
Rich dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
Rich throws out a powerful jab.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Forever is looking to clinch but Rich is avoiding it.
Forever wants to clinch but Rich slips to the side
and Rich counters with a straight right hand.
Forever tries to clinch
and Rich connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Forever lands a leg kick that knocks Rich off balance momentarily.
Rich takes a swing at Forever's ribcage but misses.
Forever moves to clinch but Rich breaks away
and Rich counters with a crisp right hand that drops Forever! Rich lets Forever back up to his feet, looking for a finish!
Forever is rocked!
That has opened up Kian Forever's cut even more.
Rich ducks down into range and throws a picture perfect right hook that connects with Forever's jaw. Forever's eyes stare off into space as he falls to the mat, out cold! Rich does the decent thing and steps back, rather than landing any shots to his unconscious opponent.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:39 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Benjamin Rich!
