Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Hadley Jagger (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mike Mercurious (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mercurious throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
enabling Jagger to counter with a crisp jab.

Jagger takes a jab on the nose. He smiles like he loves it and keeps coming.

Jagger drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but Mercurious manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Jagger has Mercurious in his guard.

Jagger is looking to secure an arm. He's managed it! He's pivoting for an armbar - that looks tight! But Mercurious has managed to get out of it and now he's in a dominant position. Nice work from Mercurious!
Jagger is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.

and Jagger counters with a series of strikes. Mercurious will be more careful next time no doubt.
Jagger throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Jagger throws a leg kick but Mercurious sees it coming and checks it nicely.

Mercurious feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.

Mercurious connects with a bit shot that sees Jagger covering up! More strikes from Mercurious and the referee jumps in to stop the fight! Mercurious is our winner by TKO!
