Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Choke Liddell (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Nick Minaj (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Yukihiro Yamamoto, Yukihiro Shimada and Yasuomi Hirokawa.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Liddell slaps away a takedown attempt from Minaj, before circling back to the center of the mat.
A shot to the liver by Liddell. Beautiful body shot.
Liddell lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Minaj circles away quickly and effectively.

Minaj takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it.
Liddell stuffs the takedown.
Choke Liddell has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Nick Minaj.
Minaj fails miserably with a takedown attempt.
Liddell jabs at Minaj's body.
Liddell lands a jab.
Liddell scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business.

Minaj throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Liddell's waist but Liddell gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Minaj off to one side.
Minaj looks gassed!
Liddell slips in close and lands a nice hook before moving back out of range.
Liddell lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
Liddell fakes a head punch and goes low to the body. Nicely done.
A right-left combo lands from Liddell.
Minaj looks for a takedown but Liddell sprawls well.
Liddell changes levels and scores with a jab to the body.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Minaj will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
Minaj on the wrong end of a nice hook.
Liddell fakes a head shot and lands one to the body.
Liddell lands with a two punch combination before moving back out of range.
Minaj drops his hands momentarily and Liddell takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head.
Minaj shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it.
Liddell lands a leg kick that knocks Minaj off balance momentarily.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.

Liddell looks to land a combination. Minaj sees it coming but can only parry a couple of the shots.
Liddell shuffles to his left behind two crisp jabs. Minaj eats them both and turns towards Liddell to reposition himself and eats a stinging right hand-left hook combo.
Minaj is rocked!
It looks like Nick Minaj has been cut.

Minaj drops his hands momentarily and Liddell takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head.
Minaj is still on wobbly legs! Can Liddell finish him?
Liddell lands with a shot to the body.
Liddell pounces like a tiger and cracks Minaj with a vicious hook! Minaj is down but not out! Liddell follows up with more strikes forcing the ref to jump in and stop it!
