The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Shaw shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Shaw showed some decent athleticism there.
Gracie looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight!
Shaw thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Gracie's head.
Shaw not throwing his punches with enough precision this time.
Gracie wants to control but Shaw is keeping busy and won't allow it.
Shaw sitting in half guard, looking to land shots. Gracie defending well though.
Shaw is scoring with some nice ground and pound from the dominant position.
Gracie has hold of Shaw's hands but Shaw slips his arm to the side and lands an elbow.

Gracie is rocked!
Shaw lands a big elbow from half guard. That looks like it's hurt Gracie quite badly. Gracie pulls Shaw in close trying to recover. Shaw postures up and lands two really hard shots that put Gracie on queer street! The ref takes a look and decides to call an end to the fight! Possibly an early stoppage but Gracie doesn't seem to be complaining too much.
