Assis darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard.
Assis works his way into side control.
Assis is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Boxer is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now.
Boxer is trying to get back to his feet.
Boxer gives up the full mount - oops, sloppy defensive grappling there!
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Assis looking to isolate an arm here. Boxer doesn't see it coming and as Assis extends the arm, he's forced to tap out! Nice submission by Assis!
