PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Boing Sparbot (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Nicolas Leiva (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Leiva comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Spiderbait - Black Betty kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! On his way into the cage it seems that Boing Sparbot has been attacked by a crazed fan! It looks like it might have been the just bleed guy! Luckily Boing Sparbot seems to be OK! I thought that lunatic was in prison!?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sparbot tries to clinch but Leiva moves out of range.
Leiva on the wrong end of a vicious looking body shot.

Sparbot jabs Leiva to the body, keeping him at a distance.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Sparbot closes the distance and pushes Leiva back into the cage.
Sparbot gets through Leiva's defenses to land a nice punch to the side of the head.
Sparbot throws a hook to the body. More of an arm punch but it's all scoring with the judges.
With the fighters clinched against the cage, Sparbot creates a bit of distance for himself and scores with a nice uppercut.
Sparbot lands punches inside but they're not really causing much damage.
