And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A low kick from Gracie is predictable there
and Bromley cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
Gracie thows a leg kick but Bromley checks it
letting Bromley counter with a right hand.
Gracie throws a leg kick that is checked
enabling Bromley to counter with a crisp jab.
Bromley tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Gracie paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Wow, both these guys are really going for it!

A momentary lapse in concentration from Gracie enables Bromley to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Gracie manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat.
Bromley trying to control the position from guard on top but Gracie is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.

Bromley drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Bromley jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.
Bromley is looking to work some ground and pound but Gracie has wrist control.
Gracie is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Bromley stands up over Gracie, holding his feet. He dives back in and lands a decent shot to the head.

Bromley drops back for a leg but he's not going to get it - he lets go and Gracie dives on top into guard.
