Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Jake Tentotlon (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Peter Jakeson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The atmosphere really building for this one as we go over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jakeson takes a nice looking leg kick right on the meat of his thigh there.

Jakeson closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.

OK we're going to have a standup here. Peter Jakeson hasn't been effective enough on the ground and the referee wants a restart.
Tentotlon digs a good body shot into Jakeson's ribs.
Tentotlon throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Jakeson.

Jakeson closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Jakeson lands in his opponent's guard.
Jakeson tries to free his leg and advance position but Tentotlon is retaining full guard.

The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work.

The ref stands the fighters back up. Peter Jakeson was stalling too much, according to the referee.

Jakeson looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard.

Jakeson tries to stand but his arm is trapped.

Tentotlon will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.

Tentotlon drops back looking for a leg! Jakeson is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Jakeson manages to kick Tentotlon off! Tentotlon jumps back into Jakeson's guard.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.
Tentotlon pushes down on Jakeson's leg and manages to get into half guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Jakeson tries to kick Tentotlon off in order to stand up. Tentotlon Avoids the leg push though and dives into side control.
Tentotlon advances to full mount.

Jakeson clinches up against the cage.
Jakeson is looking to break free of the clinch but Tentotlon has double underhooks.
Tentotlon wants to get back to striking at distance but Jakeson won't allow it.

Jakeson turns his back and goes for a hip toss. It's a bit messy but it gets the job done and Jakeson manages to end up in side control.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.
Jakeson blocks a head kick by Tentotlon.
Tentotlon really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.

Jakeson closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth.

Tentotlon is going to have to think about doing something other than just controlling because Jakeson is managing to avoid having the position dictated to him.

and Tentotlon makes the exchange count by landing a cracking kick to the body. Jakeson really felt that one!

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.

and Tentotlon counters with a nice low kick that buckles Jakeson's knee momentarily.

Tentotlon tries to keep at a distance but Jakeson has taken the fight into the clinch.
Jakeson has Tentotlon pressed against the cage, preventing Tentotlon from circling away and getting back to striking at range.

Jakeson manages to pull guard.
Jakeson wants to control but Tentotlon passes easily into half guard.

Tentotlon maintaining the dominant position here and is working for a kimura. He's locked it up! Jakeson could be in real trouble here! He's trying to wriggle out but Tentotlon has cracked it and Jakeson is screaming in pain - he's tapped out! Great finish by Tentotlon!
