Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Jay Knapp (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Sammy Dydra (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Valeri Chadov, Sergei Dronov and Konstantin Menshow.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nice sprawl there from Knapp as Dydra shoots in.
Dydra shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in full mount! That's better than Dydra was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure!
Poor strikes thrown by Dydra there. More accuracy and less frantic strikes would help!
Knapp is wriggling around trying to escape.
Knapp tries to lock up and control but Dydra gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Knapp tries to get back to half guard but can't.
Dydra trying to control but he's not successful this time.
Knapp is looking to get to half guard.
Dydra can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Knapp is looking to escape.
Knapp tries to hold on but Dydra pushes him away.

Dydra seems to have lost interest with the ground game and is thinking about standing back up.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Knapp moves his hips nicely and gets into full guard.
Knapp is controlling Dydra's posture.
Dydra stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Knapp swivels though and keeps the full guard.

Knapp lands some strikes from the bottom.
Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.
Knapp bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.
Dydra tries to improve position but can't.
Knapp looking for an arm triangle but it's way too loose to do anything.
Knapp is breathing heavily.
Dydra manages to get back to half guard.
Dydra wants to control but Knapp is keeping busy and won't allow it.
Knapp wants to pass the guard but Dydra is defending well.

Knapp passes the guard and advances to mount!

Dydra reaches up to try and control the position but Knapp seems to have an arm triangle now! Uh oh! Dydra rolls and tries to escape and now Knapp has his back!
