PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Mo Kendo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Andrew Jooginz (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Jooginz has chosen Break some shit as his entrance music. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 7 - 7 - 1, fighting out of Las Vegas, Mo Kendo!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 12 - 8 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Andrew Jooginz!
The judges for this bout are Alan Glass, George Francis and Tiny Johnson.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kendo throws a left and a right that both miss
and Jooginz counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
Kendo shoots in but doesn't get the takedown
and Jooginz cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.


It looks like Mo Kendo has been cut.

Kendo closes the distance but Jooginz moves to the side

and Jooginz counters with a nice double leg into half guard.
The fighters are battling for position here. Kendo manages to regain full guard. Nice work.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Kendo wants to sweep but no luck.
Jooginz postures up and lands some nice ground and pound.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Kendo had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Jooginz defends it easily.
Kendo bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Jooginz's guard.
Jooginz thows some rabbit punches from the bottom but they don't do any damage.
Jooginz throwing some rather feeble looking strikes off his back.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.

Jooginz is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.

The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Well Jooginz has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
