The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gers scores with the left hand. Adams knows he should have avoided that one.

It looks like Tommy Adams has been cut.
Gers swings widly with a right hand
and Adams counters with a straight right hand.

and Adams counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.

Adams rushes Gers and presses him up against the cage.
Gers tries to land a shot to the body but it's blocked.
Gers makes some space for himself and lands an uppercut.

Adams tries to pull guard but Gers holds him up against the cage and eventually Adams drops back down to his feet.
Adams misses with a hook from the clinch.
Adams tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Gers smiles and moves away.

No joy there for Gers, who threw a few shots but didn't land.

and Adams counters with a shoot takedown. Gers fights it but they end up in guard.
