Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Bas Baluu (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Cassius Penn (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Baluu comes to the cage accompanied by If I ruled the world - Nas. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Baluu displaying good standup as he scores with a three punch combination.
Penn shoots in looking for a takedown. Baluu tries to sprawl out of it but Penn keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Baluu manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.

Baluu shuffles to his left behind two crisp jabs. Penn eats them both and turns towards Baluu to reposition himself and eats a stinging right hand-left hook combo.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
