The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A jab-cross combination lands for Foster and sends Demanhoeff crashing to the mat! Foster follows him down to the mat - Demanhoeff regains half guard but he's not out of trouble yet!

Foster gets to his feet. Demanhoeff looking to butt scoot but the ref puts an end to that. On your feet son!
Foster tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Demanhoeff swivels and escapes.
Demanhoeff throws a right hand that Foster ducks under and follows up with a left that Foster also avoids with ease.
Demanhoeff tries to move into range but Foster moves to the side and lands with a nice right hand.
Foster pulls out of a head kick attempt.

Foster feints and as Demanhoeff raises his hands in defense, Foster changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.

Demanhoeff wants to sweep but no luck.

Foster throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Demanhoeff works some decent striking defense from the bottom.

Foster decides he's had enough of playing guard and decides to stand. Come on Demanhoeff, up you get!

Foster wants to clinch up but Demanhoeff keeps it at a distance.
Foster shoots in but no luck this time.
